lovely staff, delightful room and the location was fabulous....just 2 short blocks to the Spanish Steps. We walked to everything; the Vatican, the Coloseum, Palatine Hill, Caracalla, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.

The location of this hotel is excellent especially for shopping the hotel is located in the heart of the city market!

The best possible location, friendly staff - Alberto and Alberto and Flori. Clean, well air-condinioned room, breakfast modest but enough, at least for us. Good assistance with a car and a driver for airport and in the city. Room #6 spacious and the bathroom suprisingly big compared to Rome hotels we stayed before.

We liked almost everything and we will stay here again next time in Rome.

The best thing about my stay was the location.

The beds were very hard. There were no staff on hand after breakfast had been served so no one could offer any advice about the area. Only Italian TV.

I liked staff(Alberto and Flori), hotel location and rooms were ok.

My wife and I were in vacation in Rome. Condotti 29 is in the heart of Rome and it is really easy to go to all touristic and historic parts of Rome. The location is perfect. If you are into luxury shopping all luxury brand shops are around.

In fact Condotti 29 was completely different hotel than I was expecting. The enterance is not like a hotel and there is no reception. They give you 3 keys for the doors which you need to open the doors one is at the street, the second is at the passage, and the last one is on the 4th flat whwre the rooms are at. Then you need to use a card for your room. The breakfast room has only 4 small tables. The breakfast is very poor. But I must say that all these are not bad when you stay there. I am sure you will be happy with the hotel.

Ubicacion

Al segundo dia hubo una fuga de agua de la bañera (por el desague) y tuvimos que achicar la habitacion nosotrs, sin ayuda. Al avisar al dia siguiente, ni siquiera pusieron una señalizacion en la bañera para que no se usase. Muy buena ubicacion pero personal -excepto la señora de la limpieza filipina-, regular-mal

Normalmente elijo este hotel para mis escapadas a Roma y el trato del personal y su ubicación son muy buenos

Desagrablemente impresionado al llegar. Creía haber reservado en un hotel guiado por la información que aparecía en vuestra Descripcion del Hospedaje.Encontramos una especie de Bed and breakfast casi imposible de identificar desde la calle en definitiva un apartamento donde se arriendan cuartos sin ningún servicio de hotel aparte de cambiar toallas y limpiar habitación. Me siento engañado por la información escasa y tendenciosa de Uds. He reservado muchas veces con Uds. Y nunca he tenido una experiencia tan mala que incluso me hará pensar dos veces la próxima vez antes de utilizad vuestros servicios

die lage war sehr gut

es war selten jemand da beim empfang. also nachts hatten wir kalt und wollten decken haben, aber es war ja niemand da, man konnte auf eine nr. anrufen und innerhalb 10 min. wäre dann jemand gekommen. auch ging unsere zimmerkarte erst nach min. 30 mal versuchen. unser bad war schmudelig und wurde auch am 1.1.11 nicht gereinigt, kein wc papier. einfach alles kleinigkeiten.

Emplacement idéal dans le centre de Rome avec tous les monuments à portée de main!!Petit hotel citadin avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent avec un petit-déjeuner copieux et un Alberto fort sympathique et attentif au moindre besoin!!!!Vite qu'on y retourne....
